In order to help toy companies expand their exports, Weihai Inspection and Quarantine Bureau changed the inspection and supervision model, implemented a new model of 'qualification assumption, random inspection and verification, and release immediately'Quick inspection and release mechanism for paperless inspection applications.' Enterprises can send inspection data remotely through the enterprise side of the paperless inspection system, and enterprises can obtain customs clearance data without leaving their homes, thereby shortening the inspection period and improving the efficiency of product customs clearance. Combined with the supervision of export quality license cycle, the bureau strictly monitors all aspects of the production process of enterprises, paying particular attention to the control of toxic heavy metal elements and high-risk chemical raw materials, urges enterprises to choose new environmentally friendly, safe and non-toxic raw materials, and strengthen the product design link Supervision, fundamentally put an end to the production of dangerous toys. In addition, the bureau promotes mutual recognition of test results and introduces inspection services from third-party inspection and appraisal institutions. Third-party inspection agencies that are recognized by Shandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, have inspection qualifications, and are certified by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) will provide services to enterprises. The entrusted test results shall be used as one of the basis for conformity assessment.
