The income and consumption levels of urban residents in Heilongjiang continued to rise in April

The results of a sample survey conducted by the Heilongjiang Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics of 2250 urban households across the province show that in April 2010, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in Heilongjiang Province was 1146.9 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.4%; per capita consumption expenditure was 787.0 Yuan, an increase of 8.0% year-on-year, with a balance of 359.9 yuan. 1. Steady growth of disposable income. From the perspective of residents' income composition, the four types of income increased in April. Among them, property income increased the most, with a year-on-year increase of 12.9%; wage income increased by 9.8% year-on-year, the second largest increase; Followed by transfer income and net operating income, which increased by 5.3% and 3.8% respectively year-on-year. The changes in the income of urban residents in April showed the following characteristics:    (1) The proportion of wage income in household disposable income increased slightly. In April, the per capita wage income of urban residents in the province was 710.6 yuan, which accounted for as much as RMB 710.6. 62.0%, an increase of 1.4 percentage points compared with the same period last year. Wage income is still the main source of household income. Among them, per capita wages and subsidy income was 672.3 yuan, an increase of 12.0% year-on-year. In wage income, as the number of other earners decreased by 28.6% year-on-year, per capita other labor income fell from 47.1 yuan in the same period last year to 38.3 yuan, a decrease of 8.8 yuan, and a decrease of 18.7%.  (2) Net operating income stabilized and rebounded   Benefited from the continuous improvement of the economic situation, the private and self-employed economy rebounded. In April, the per capita net operating income of urban residents in the province was 101.7 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.8%, which was slightly higher than the same period last year.  (3) Property income has increased significantly, and rental housing income has increased significantly. In April, the per capita property income of urban residents in the province was 6.6 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.8 yuan, an increase of 12.9%. The property market is booming, the housing leasing market is increasingly active, housing rents have increased compared with the previous year, and rental housing income has increased significantly. In April 2010, the per capita income from rental housing of urban residents in the province was 3.8 yuan, an increase of 1.8 yuan year-on-year, an increase of 92.0%. (4) The increase of pensions in transfer income is obvious. Since this year, governments at all levels have continued to increase transfer payments, and have adopted measures such as including 'five or seven workers' into the coverage of pension insurance and raising the level of retirement pensions. The implementation of subsidies for retired groups has further increased the transfer income of urban residents. In April, the per capita transfer income of urban residents was 424.1 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%. Among them, the per capita retirement pension or pension income reached 335.2 yuan, an increase of 22.1%; with the increase in household purchase expenditures, the withdrawal of housing provident fund also increased correspondingly. In April, the per capita individual withdrawal of housing provident fund was 34.3 yuan, an increase of 10.7 yuan year-on-year, an increase of 45.3 %.  Second, the consumption expenditure of urban residents continues to increase  With the steady growth of residents' disposable income, the consumption expenditure of urban residents continued to increase in April. The per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents in the province was 787.0 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 58.2 yuan, an increase of 8.0%. From the perspective of the composition of household consumption, the eight categories of consumption expenditure showed a pattern of 'seven increases and one decrease(1) The growth rate of transportation and communication consumption ranks first among the eight categories of consumption expenditures. Among the seven categories of rising consumption expenditures, transportation and communication consumption have the largest increase, which is 22.3% higher than the same period last year, ranking first; residential consumption, food Consumption, clothing consumption, and other goods and services consumption increased by more than 8%, up 16.8%, 12.1%, 8.7%, and 8.7% year-on-year; healthcare consumption rose 5.0% year-on-year, household equipment and services consumption A year-on-year increase of 2.2%, ranking sixth and seventh.   In April, the province’s per capita transportation and communications expenditure was 92.9 yuan, of which per capita transportation expenditure was 46.2 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.2%; per capita communications expenditure was 46.7 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.4%. The policies introduced in 2009 to increase the bicycle subsidy standard for car trade-in, and reduce the purchase tax of small-displacement vehicles, continue to have an impact on residents' car purchase behavior, resulting in a relatively high growth in transportation consumption expenditures in April. As of the end of April, every 100 urban households in the province owned 3.3 family cars, an increase of 0.5 compared to the same period last year. The purchase of family cars and related consumption has become the main reason for the growth of transportation expenditures.  (2) Consumption of education, culture and entertainment services has decreased over the same period of the previous year.   In April, the per capita consumption of education, culture and entertainment services of urban residents in the province was 62.9 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 19.5%. Among them, the per capita consumption of cultural and entertainment products was 11.0 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 26.9%, the per capita consumption of cultural and entertainment services was 12.1 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 38.7%, and the per capita education consumption was 39.8 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.2%.
