The 9th China Toys and Baby Products Creative Design Competition is guided by the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and is co-sponsored by the China Toys and Baby Products Association, the Children's Work Department of the All-China Women's Federation and the Chenghai District People's Government.
