Hong Kong launches public consultation on updating safety standards for toys and children's products

On December 1, 2020, the Hong Kong government issued a proposal to initiate a public consultation on the update of the toy and children’s product safety standards in Schedules 1 and 2 of the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance (Chapter 424 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
