As the consumption of toys and baby products in China continues to grow, while the market continues to be regulated, brands develop rapidly, and product quality continues to improve, the phenomenon of uneven good and bad, counterfeit and inferior products still exists Consumers are still facing many problems such as difficulty in product selection, difficulty in brand trust, and difficulty in protecting rights afterwards. Toys and baby products are different from general consumer products. They are related to the health and safety of babies. Consumption disorder has caused some consumers to have insufficient confidence in 'Made in China' consumption, and overseas purchases and consumption of children's products continue to rise. In 2014, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine  No. 314 'Guiding Opinions of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on Strengthening the Supervision of Consumer Quality and Safety' proposed to ensure consumer safety, purify the consumer environment, and boost consumer confidence; in 2016, the State Council issued [ 2016] No. 18 'Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing and Implementing the 2016 Action Plan for the Implementation of the Quality Development Outline' pointed out that focusing on consumer goods such as toys, children's and infant clothing, etc., special actions to improve the supply of consumer goods will be carried out to organize the implementation of consumer quality improvement Engineering, increase variety, improve quality, and create brand. As early as 2013, the China Play Association began to pay attention to the safety of China’s toy and baby products market. In the same year, it launched the “Caring for Children’s Growth, Safety Starts from Me-Brand Self-discipline in China” activity to strengthen the activities. Self-discipline in the toy and baby products industry, improve the product quality of toys and baby products, and promote enterprises to strengthen product quality reputation building and fulfill the main responsibility and social responsibility of product quality; cooperate with the government to do product quality supervision, intellectual property protection and market regulation in this industry Management work; focus on the industry and society to promote self-discipline commitment brands that participate in self-discipline activities; publicize and popularize safe consumption concepts and product purchase knowledge for consumers, and guide consumers to buy safe and high-quality products as the goal. After 4 years of hard work, as of the end of 2016, a total of 142 companies and 201 toy and baby products brands had been voluntarily applied by companies and were recognized as 'safety commitment brands' by the China Game Association. From March 16-18, toys and baby products 'Safety Promise Brands' can be purchased with confidence. During March 16-18, it is expected that nearly 100 'Safety Promise Brands' will be set up on JD.com to jointly carry out preferential purchases of safe products. Activity. The categories cover toys, baby carriages, cribs, children's clothing, children's shoes, sleep, home, feeding, washing, safety seats, and other products.
