Q1: How long will it take if asking for the samples?

A: 10-15 days. 25-30 days for OEM & ODM items.

Q2: Do you have a showroom?

A: Yes, there’s a showroom in our factory, which update every season.

Q3: Can you do according to our artwork?

A: Yes, we have experienced R&D department, which have 4 shape designers, 6 color designers, and 10 sculptors. We have over 10years of experience on customer designs. Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product, which is USD 10.00 to 25.00 for each inch.

Q4: How about your quality guarantee?

A: We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.

Q5: What is the process of customization service?

Step 1. Receiving the customers’ drawing, 3D file or original sample, we will communicate with customers to understand the key idea and request from customers as well as the price. Certainly it is completely ok to choose our existing available designs.

Step 2. Negotiate about the sample charge, mould charge or 3D handling and printing charge.

Step 3. Make the sculpture or print 3D pc and make painting design for customers’ confirmation purpose.

Step 4. Send samples for customers’ physical confirmation. Before sending, the courier cost will be also negotiated.
